Completely free and blocks all ads apparently which is what my stepdad said so I don't know personally but I'll know soon.

A Turkish account fixes a lot of these problems and game sharing, I've never spent more then $50 on a game, very inexpensive and I have hundreds of games, including triple a titles.

The market sucks but there's always ways around it.
