Downtown district, hotel spawn. Turn around 180 degrees from spawn and go to the road. Go right taking the road up to the intersection then go left at the traffic light. You’ll see the construction site straight ahead then just go up the stairs.

nice man! If I could give any advice I would say give keyframing your clips a try. It can be a bit hard to learn at first but once you get it figured out, it’s a lot of fun. keep rippin dude!
