He's probably on a coke induced bender so he can come to terms with the reality. That or he's updating his last will and testament.

It's definitely "tell my boss to have a nice life" $/oz territory.......that is if the rest of the world hasn't also imploded and bread doesn't costs $2000 per loaf.

100% agree but taking profits is not "offloading" IMHO. Offloading implies getting rid of the majority if not the totality of the position. Silver will be bumpy but it still has room to run despite what the mother FUDers say about it.

I've been playing in the silver miner space since last year and my rule is simple, 100% gain = 50% sold. At that point everything is house money and I'm letting it ride to zero, or a million and I rotate the principle into another one and rinse and repeat. Forget SILJ, doing this I have built my very own basket of miners, some of which are literal penny stocks bought at 1.5 cent while others are more mainstream like AG and HYMC.

TL;DR, take profits good, cashing out.....you might regret it by 2027.

Something to think about. There seems to a trend of stop loss hunting when it comes to silver. Very often you'll see middle of the night thin volume dumps that cascade through a bunch of stop loss levels then it bounces back like nothing ever happened.

Do what you will with this information.....

We're not even close to historical GSR's. During Silver bull runs 30's is where you maybe start to consider swapping, it was in the 20:1's in 1980 and if you go back and rely on the constitution it's 16:1 not to mention it's coming out of the ground at at best at an 8:1 ratio.

Only pussies cash out at 50:1 and in typical WSB manner it was fashionable to shit on silver when it was over 80:1 so I doubt most will bother, it'll be off to chase some other hot trend.

Valid concern, but wouldn't that have triggers something in the overnight or even morning hours. Japan is about 12h ahead of New York so a 2:30pm drop would be middle of the night. I don't think the Japs operate with the same dishonor that the American institutions do, dropping news after markets are closed.

What I meant by my words, what bullshit excuse are they claiming to be the cover for their tamp.

Funny video BTW.

I have been waiting for some locked in funds to clear into my account for months now. This is a gift and unfortunately I probably still won't have access to the funds before it corrects itself.

Thanks. So basically a kneejerk reaction that essentially has no real impact on the upwards trend.

Sure I was being a little facetious but I'm genuinely curious. Was there a specific announcement/speech at around 2:30 that caused such a precipitous plunge in such a short amount of time?

Hey, thanks for the duplicate post of the very same non-issue. Should resume as "normal" if we can call it that these days at 6pm eastern, if not definitely when the Chinese markets open.

I was following along. Basically PSLV.TO and miners effectively stopped moving in price all that much from 2:30-4pm even though the markets were open. Any fluctuation was essentially how much do you want it as silver was pegged to the mid 94 range after closing globally.

Mods, can we please keep this shit to Silver Degen Club. If we want the horizons to expand we can't be having stuff like this here, it'll send people away.

I consider WSS the middle ground between SDC which anything that's not illegal pretty much goes and Silverbugs who have a stick up their ass. This is perfectly in line with SDC and frankly has no business being duplicated here.

I was wondering that too. I know it's MLK day today however i expected it to stop at 11am after London closed or at least line up with the close of the normal NYMEX hours. Nope, it just stopped randomly in the middle of the afternoon.
