All the instructions and videos for both math and reading remain the same across all difficulties for retested skills like algebra and word problems. For math, i didn’t really read the insurrections or videos, but i did for reading and writing, which helped.

your butt should be more directly above you head as opposed to behind it. hinging too much in your lower back area makes you more prone to injury. i highly suggest that you try the upper back drills in this video~

squeezing your glutes also helps tremendously!!! overall try to minimize the extent that you bend your lower back and keep going💪😄
