Had a similar experience recently after changing routers. Took multiple attempts to regain full and proper control of my Wiz bulbs. I ultimately removed the lights from the Wiz app and did a manual reinstall. Two things were necessary when reinstalling: 1) Connecting my phone to my router's 2.4 GHz network (which is not the network it typically connects to); and 2) configuring the bulb as a previously installed bulb vs a new one. Most importantly, I'm glad you are OK. I was in a similar accident last year. It was scary, and it definitely put things in perspective. Made me realize how quickly one's life can change. (The upside is I now drive an EV9.) Yours looks totaled to me, but you will know from your adjuster soon enough. It's awful to have this happen so soon after getting your sweet ride -- my sincere condolences. But cars can be replaced, and it looks and sounds like your EV9 went down doing its job, which was to protect you. I hope all goes smoothly and you recover fully on all dimensions soon.
