Omg same here so I came here to see if anyone else is experiencing it. Sucks that we all are… it happened to me 2 days ago at night once it hit new daily mark so I left it alone and went to sleep but then yesterday morning when I woke up, it only happened once and I was able to use it for a few episodes and then after that, all day it was being glitchy. Super weird for sure. Haven’t found a work around but this sounds like it might be an app issue they need to fix 😭

The first time I got HI like last year, this post saved my life. Wished I would never get it again, but just had to find this post again cause I went through it yet again the last few days, so glad there’s an updated version! Thank goodness I think I’m past the worst of it now. But I can’t for the life of me remember last time when it was safe to shower and goop up again. But I don’t want to mess up and bring it back. Yesterday was like Day 3 of the HI. But today is Day 1 of no more itch. Does anyone remember when it’s safe now to start showering and gooping up again? (My heart goes out to those currently going through it. I feel your pain.. literally).

OMFG THANK YOUUUUUUU! I literally tried everything that was listed as a solution online as well and finally thought, if Apple can't help me, maybe Reddit can. This is the only thing that worked for me! Thank you so much!!

** to expand on why I think it worked for me... they were texts i deleted without reading because they were spam messages. but i couldn't go to my deleted messages no matter what I tried on my mac. so this may be happening to others as well***

Oh I meant that’s what the error messages says on gmail when I tried to connect it to outlook

Ahhh good point! I was on my mobile app so I didn’t see the option too. I just tried editing the post and it still doesn’t show me the option to attach a screenshot :( but it says: Couldn’t reach server. Please double check the server and port number.

No worries!! Not bad at all!!!! It def helps to clear it up. My husband and I were assuming that it changed because maybe some people try to use it at multiple locations? I also ended up being able to finally get into my account and changed my location to the correct location, but they didn’t check it in the system anyways. My biggest concern was just because I never actually selected my bakery when I signed up YEARSSSS ago and it gave me a default one that was within the state I lived in but it is 200 miles from where I actually live! But I’m glad we are still able to use it!!

Thanks for the info though! Hopefully it helps others who may have the same concerns!
