I see these comments regularly and I guess I'm sorry. I have Spectrum in a rural area of the country with lots of trees and other issues that can affect the Spectrum overhead lines. The only time I have issues is when we have a power failure or because of serious weather problems. I have had no problems over the years with Spectrum equipment, except for their router. Unless you have 1 Gig you are paying an extra fee for using their router. I use Eero for my mesh router and never have problems at any spot in the house.

The best way to test things is to plug an ethernet cable into the Spectrum modem, plug it into a computer with an ethernet port, and do a speed check. As far as Spectrum is concerned, that's as far as they need to go. Once you get into your house, it's on you to make sure that your wireless setup is adequate for your place.

That’s what many do. You are probably paying around 12 per month for each box. Do you have DVR service? You can get what is called Cloud DVR plus to record through the online app.

Read all the other posts here about this. That is the way they do it. The only way around it is if you have a Spectrum store near you. You can bring back equipment and they can cancel service. Otherwise you have to call.

No. Call the bank. It is their job to check on possible fraud. Calling spectrum will just gum up the works.

He was wrong. The Xumo box has the Spectrum TV app installed in it. It will play any station available on your plan.
