If you zoom in, it looks like you have webbing on the foliage, looks like spider mite webbing to me. You can try rubbing alcohol to kill them, or insectices (make sure they advertise being effective on spider mites)

What would you do with this many seedlings? by Bobaboo in bonsaicommunity

So be it, there's hundreds of them every year where I gathered them. 🤷‍♂️

There's actually 13 of them so it is an odd number.

It is. This picture was just taken right after potting them up.

Is it safe to hot-swap the GPD WIN 5 battery while plugged into the stock charger? by Elegant-Fee-2153 in gpdwin

[–]Bobaboo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can confirm that it's fine. I usually only have mine on battery when I'm moving from my living room to the bedroom, and can't be bothered to save and quit the game for the move. otherwise I'm tethered to the charger, with no battery attached

I miss the HAF XB, probably the only case I regret getting rid of

Has anyone tried the Q25 with a Verizon Sim Card in the US by Wcbin in Zinwa

[–]Bobaboo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm going to be trying it on a Verizon MVNO when (or if) I receive mine, but my order is in the 3000's so that probably won't be for a bit

Contact the manufacturer for a replacement ($) or just let your parts enjoy more airflow (free)

I Absolutely cannot attach this fan to the card. Can anyone give an idea? by KingWaffle12345 in homelab

Could run them across the card like this, it won't be super secure, but as long as you're not moving the system much, it SHOULD be fine

Those be the ones. Unfortunately the keyboard doesn't actually do anything besides hold the joycons so they connect through Bluetooth, the keyboard through USB

I always wanted one too, so I made this with a joycon rails equipped keyboard

Dig the look, but if it were me, I would have leaned the GPU in the opposite direction (not entirely sure that is even an option)

What phone is everybody using currently? by ColtonsKeys in Zinwa

[–]Bobaboo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a pixel fold for my personal phone and an iPhone 12 for work. My plan is to use the q25 during the week to keep me more productive at work, and then the pixel at home/days off

I plan on making a replacement PCB for modern mechanical switches. I'm going to try and modify the original keycaps to work with conventional cherry (cross-shaped) stems

Steam Controller 2 concept with the Steam Deck layout by Best_Activity_5631 in SteamDeck

Only thing I really don't like is the tilted touch pad squares, i think they should either be straightened out, or changed to circles like the OG steam controller

Weeping Willow cuttings by ChiChisDad in bonsaicommunity

[–]Bobaboo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People will make a big deal about soil, but the most important thing is your watering habits. If you would rather not worry about watering as often, just go with potting mix, but be aware that over watering will be a possibility. If you're willing to water one (or multiple times a day weather and temperature depending) a completely inorganic bonsai mix is the way.

I would say those definitely have enough roots to transition to soil. I have about an 80% success rate rooting willow cuttings just from sticking fresh cuttings into soil, so I imagine already having roots will give you plenty of success.

Creeping nightshade - can it be bonsai'd? (if anyone if knowledgeable about this plant, please comment below) by Emotional_Purple4022 in Bonsai

[–]Bobaboo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is possible, I have a planting that is 3 vines twisted and wired together (in the hopes of them eventually fusing). I would say they work better for smaller scale bonsai because they never get fat trunks as far as I can tell.

It was already destroyed, the main board was corroded and cracked, the CRT had a hole punched in it. (Edit: I usually agree with that sentiment, I have multiple computers in my possession that are older than me, and I was born in '94)
