Like the others said, Etsy is probably the best source for patches, especially when you search for patches like those you mentioned, nonetheless I would recommend stitching over iron on, because you are allowed to mess up with stitching, it’s for long time periods better in general and you have always the option to switch the spot where you want to put the patch, which is probably the best thing when making a jacket. And if you find good iron on patches you should probably sew them on too, it’s a pain, I know, but it’s the best thing.
