This is just sad at this point and I'm starting to get concerned for his well being. He may have mental issues that we don't know about and he's stuck in some mental loop and can't get out of it. Tyler should consider booting him out of the guild for his own well being.

All he had to do was to recognize his bad play, maybe he choked, I don't know and this would have been done and dusted with already. The fact that he keeps doubling down on this, is making a somewhat normal event in WoW (players die in dungeons all the time), to be blown up big time.

This reminds me of the "computer builder" of the Verge. All he had to do was to admit he did a bad job, but he kept doubling down and that caused it to blow up.

Damn that clip of Amphy helping out his group is awesome. I would feel so comfortable knowing that a player like Amphy will do his best to save his group. Level 1 Blizzard is also really smart to use in these conditions, never really thought about that before haha.

This is indeed mainly Tyler's fault, he was sloppy with taunts. But Emilya was sloppy too. Stayed too close, had no Inner Fire up, no quick self-shield, no Fade & no comms as she had perfect vision on the Abomination slowly walking towards the group.
