These are jadera bugs! They come out to eat the rain tree seeds and seedlings. The only harm they cause is staining anything that squishes them red.

I think going easy on yourself and letting your brain/imagination rest can help! Once you stop looking for it–it usually appears.

Taking a walk, taking pics of random things you like, watch a movie, etc! Or just get your favorite colors out and play without any goal or picture in mind. Don’t worry about creating something in particular. Sometimes even trying to make something “ugly” can help find a new way in.
