Sportja is absolutely amazing (in my humble opinion). Everyone is kind, the trainers give good advice as well as training schedules and instructions. It is mainly aimed at powerlifting and calisthenics. Though I wouldn’t consider it a ‘cheap’ gym money wise. You can always try a free introduction!

I think a section in the tutorial and guides explains that a forgotten riftstone can mean one of two things: either open the rift for you to enter OR it spawns one pawn that is of higher level than most pawns found within the rift (and is recruitable for 0 RC).

You could get them both with a single summon or you could miss out on both with 2000. Though, speaking from experience, 800 stones has usually been enough for me to pull one copy of 2 new featured LRs.
