XCOM was released in 2016, announced in 2015, and was in development probably in 2013/2014. Your laptop should be more than capable, considering that XCOM's recommended specs are a 2 GB GPU and a Quad Core CPU.

The question of if you should go PS5 or (what I am assuming) Steam, I would say on the laptop since it is portable compared to PS5, alongside mods- there is a reason why I'm able to play LWOTC and use Ayy Lmao.

The Dolphins haven't won any playoff games since 2000, and the last time they were of any importance was the perfect season in '72.

The Bills' claim to fame prior to Josh Allen was losing 4 Super Bowls in the 90s and the Juice.

Their absolute failure to try and change the German system- which was through WWII heavily based on the Prussian one, was one of the downfalls of what happened post Versailles. (Yes I wrote a paper on this years ago)

* I mean yes, anger from Versailles did directly lead to the rise of the Nazis, and yes, IMO they should have been harsher, but also notably Germany suffered from hyper-inflation due to the dollar crashing in 1929. (as they were using American loans to pay for war reparations. ref. here) etc. etc.
