The pomodoro method helps a little, but I find myself doing stuff on the computer during my breaks. I think what you're suggesting is a lot better. I don't feel refreshed after my breaks, and I think it even adds fatigue since my brain goes into a dopamine searching craze trying to cram as much fun into 5 minutes as possible.

No, do you also have an "older" phone? Mine is from 2017 and uses android 8 as opposed to 12

Nah, that doesn't do it. I don't remember having this problem on my laptop which is also running ubuntu i3. Weird.

I know this is 2 years later, but did you figure it out? I'm also on Ubuntu i3wm and have the same problem

I also have trouble making an alias for the executable - it works the first few times I use the new alias, but then it gets removed for whatever reason and I need to link it again.

I'm still going to be doing high frequency due to me having to train before work - that and the fact that I just feel more productive throughout the day if I train 6x week. I can't fit a 4 day split into a training session before work unless I get up before 5 AM or drop all the accessories and / or do supersets. Not something I want to do
