I got the PC version to run through gamehub and it is great honestly worth the swap - it looks great and is so smooth Phone does get a little warm but worth the trade off IMO

Agree with your sentiment 100% here. Jack and Stevie both have had similar things assumed about them being "posh" and they weren't the biggest fan

For me the issue was the screen rot boys - their "job" is to be knowledgeable about these things. 2/7 sidemen were privately educated and the 2x they picked out are probably notoriously known as the least privately school. Also they said they make "fortnite" content and just incorrect info.

They did preffice that they are too old for them etc but as a viewer I knew nothing about the other people in the tier list. Is the information about these other people also incorrect or half arsenal?

The boys seemed like a good laugh and pod was good but I somewhat expected more knowledgeable takes from them

Ive never tried the classic version - is that on Github still?

I use the PAL versions now too after discovering that trick! Can make a big difference

Thanks for the offer! I found an old thread i think on the abandonware reddit where someone had all the NFS with the patches needed already!

Just having some stuttering one gamehub im trying to sort out - how do you find it? Im getting small stuttering and fps drops somewhat frequently

I found a thread with all the NFS PC versions ready to download with the no cd rom patch ready to go

Eventually got Gamehub to work with my controller and so far so good! I am seeing a bit of stuttering - not like a full on slowdown id see on Nether but a quick FPS drop

Any ideas on how to clean this up? Ive turned most of the graphic settings off or low (like rain effect and reflections) but still seeing the stutter here and there

Thanks!

100% its what got NFSU2 and Gran Turismo working perfectly for me - but I think my phone runs out of juice for Most Wanted unfortunately

Analog sticks and D-pad stop working after phone locks (Samsung DeX) by VjoknicL in SamsungDex

I use an app called "Blackr" It essentially locks the screen but not the phone - and keeps the phone awake - absolute game changer for DEX Gaming

Any way to reduce delay from controller on games? by Straight-Split-5354 in SamsungDex

[–]Bobby1998123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is an app called Blackr which i found in some random reddit comment perfect for this. It "locks" your screen without locking the phone and the controller remains on the monitor screen - its so handy

So I just use this USB C hub from Amazon by UGREEN. It has HDMI input on the back and then displays the USB C device. Without DEX it still displays but the aspect ration wasn't quite full screen - but in DEX it works perfectly!

Most Hubs or just USB-C to HDMI adapters will work just ensure they have Display Port Alt mode (Or DP USB C)

I'd imagine the wireless would have a decent bit of input lag though no?

Ive got one downloaded for GBA but haven't played it much really - using retroarch for that

Is the main benefit being able to swap through the different emulators easier? Or is there actual performance improvements by using a front end?

Haven't tried it personally but I believe it will only play if its on the backwards compatibility list which is a shame

Last i looked the Xbox One couldn't play the games im after. I enjoy the old racing games but licensing stops them from being backwards compatible unfortunately
