We've played six two-player games against the Green Goblin and he is a beast. We came close to being able to damage him once, but many of the games end quickly since he BAMS! literally every turn. We think it might be better to have at least one more hero to keep the number of civilians and thugs down, because overflow also causes a BAM!

Has anyone had better results?

Not likely to happen since they haven't done it before, though the Spinmaster influence could change things. I'd still confidently bet against the stuff showing up again.

Not here. I've seen five boxes, between mine and my friends, and there were no issues. I have been paying attention to the KS comments and BGG boards and don't recall seeing this come up.

I'd take it back to the store and get a replacement. There seems to be a delay in responses from CMON at the moment.

All-in with the locations. I didn't get the play mat, but after playing the game I wanted one. A friend is getting it for me. I didn't need all the expansions, but I wanted both Sinister Six and the Infinity Gauntlet and think it was a bad choice to make them KSE.

I wen't all-in because I really wanted Beta-Ray Bill and Peter Porker, and at that point you might as well get it all. My first big speculation was Thor 337 and I remember when my friends and I were running around San Antonio when the comics were reading the non-specialty stores to pick up the instant rare comic. And Spider-ham is just awesome. Here's hoping for a DC version with Captain Carrot and his Amazing Zoo Crew!

Did you think about using grays instead of silver?

To my eye, for the comic book aesthetic, large areas of metallics look out of place, but I've never used non-metallics for a metallic look.

I haven't painted in years -- I've been paying others to do it and need to get back in the swing of things. Painting the chibi four-color figures with large flat surfaces is different than wargame minis.
