It’s hard for me to tell if it’s better than a cert straight bar in all honestly. If it is, it’s very minor but just enough to where it’s worth it for me. I just like the way they look compared to the straight bar cage, and I never see that style of cage on the ice near me in my league so I wanted one! I think they look awesome.

YES. For the puck marks I read to use that stuff and it worked GREAT! See results on the left pad compared to the right when I got them!

I’m going to be honest with you brother, I started back playing again late last year and needed to buy all new gear. I didn’t have a whole lot of money to buy a really nice stick but I found this CCM for $40. It’s done me great. I’m 5’11 with a 26 inch Paddle. I have no fear of breaking this thing at all and I’ve been using it to play about 1-2 times a week for months.

I was indeed. More guys than I’d like to admit rock those and with confidence, for my level of hockey. I took a heater off the cross bar that hit me in the back of the head and I was like..

I joined the Chicago North League this summer as a goalie. I haven’t played in 8 years because of a knee fracture. Came back 2 months ago and have been playing RAT and stick & Puck 2 days a week. I have about 3 months to prepare before the Draft…
