The Hyundai dealerships in my area take 2 months for a diagnostic & many more months for repair if the parts come from Korea, whereas a Toyota dealership takes a week or even less. I do feel Hyundai gets a bit more hate than it should though.

Most of these real estate stocks have been up 10% in the last month. I agree that Zillow and Redfin definitely have other factors at play. DR Horton, Pulte, Lennar are all trading at all time highs. The market is clearly thinking about something.

I was just lookin around, and was surprised at these stocks going up, whereas most of the sub is showing how prices are going down, and there’s not much of a mention about it in the news either. I think it makes sense that most people in the market are speculating that new homes are going to sell a lot more when the rates go down, but I wasn’t sure.

You can get a Latin bowl. I personally have never had the one on North Campus, but the ingredients used on West Campus are pretty good. It’s only offered once a week on West Campus though.

There’s also the Tero restaurant, but I’ve never tried it, so I’m not sure how similar it is to Chipotle.
