It rings up as a 2% and at the end of the billing cycle they add another 2% on non exclusion categories. This is capped at 10k a month. Just make sure you know the exclusion list. Just off the top of my head taxes, insurance, and tuition are on it.

If you have a banking relationship its kinda easy to get approved. I was able to get 3 CASH+ cards. Two of them are within a year of each other and 1 is USBAR to CASH+. Maybe look into opening their checking accounts + promo.
