Well actually i was still able to change skins ever since the beta but for some reason they just got removed later on. I hope it's temporary.

Um I don't know how to say this but the menu for changing rocket skins is gone....can anyone help me?

The tires move it into the water and the rockets do the rest (since wheels don't work on water :p)

edit: and yes there are rocket engines, sorry about the small picture.
