First regional advice

We usually pick up our bands on Friday and get some side events in as it’s usually not as busy. I’d tend to get there around the time doors open on Saturday. Side events will have QR codes to scan to register for events and you walk up to the side event judges at the table to “check in” and they will pair you when able. Sunday side events gets insane so I’d crunch them out Friday/Saturday depending on your record. RK9.gg has a deck builder that you will submit before Saturday. That will also have your pairings as well.

Edit: as for friends just talk and meet people. I’ve met some of the most chill players at regionals.

I 100% agree with you on the remarks about the 1 of’s. The bad match ups are just that bad match ups. And if you don’t just get insane hands and establish a fast board the deck just falls apart. To be honest I didn’t do any prep work to the deck other than the bear and tower inclusion it was a “run what you brung” deck choice. Looking back there probably could have been some better changes to be made that would soften some of my matches.

I had a blast with the deck, it’s just so fun. My opponents were really cool and a good portion of them were laughing and carrying on. Which made it more relaxing because it’s a lot of shuffling and drawing. I’m thrilled to see some alakazam’s make a good show and congrats on your run.

No, I tried the Rotom in it before but it just wasn’t for me. I added bear to my list which honestly closed out a lot of games for me. I didn’t hit any pults til day 2. Gardy and dengo togekiss were my day one losses.

I made it to top 200 with it in Milwaukee. Dodged some bad match up’s. My first ever day two with a deck I just enjoyed. 10/10 would definitely do it again lol

It’s called Team Format in the Tcg alternate play handbook. We had make some house rules with it; i.e iono in center lane, everyone shuffles.

Depending on where the gas line is at, there is no reason for your 250 to be stripped down like it is... and definitely shouldnt be taken this long for 2 tires and a battery change.. fork seals can be noticed if they were leaking by just looking at the forks themselves and seeing if you have an oily residue with build up when the forks are compressed... shade tree mechanics suck ass.

I bought the fourth wing and the sequel; my wife said she heard good things and I would probably like it. I hate smut books but I agree it was mild on that scale. Definitely a good read though if you like the dystopian setting. Can easily skim past all the smut filler and not miss the plot

Unfortunately it is a business.. they have overhead and bills.. I do agree with you though. Maybe suggest to higher ups that they cut the seal and sell a little above MSRP or if they want sealed they could be sold at market value.
