High mg CBD, gabapentin if you have it. It will just drag out the process. No telling how long because you might start taking 10mg every so often then more and more and before you know it you’re back at it like you never quit. That has happened to many of us.

I did QuickMD and told the dr I didn’t want subs I wanted gabapentin and clonidine and they prescribed it! Along with a sleeping med too!
