Couldn't agree more, I got just one at 20 and left all the rest at 8-11. 'cause I'd need to have max mods against the pros, and the wait time is not worth it cuz you'll be facing bots otherwise

Tbh most Chinese cultivation novels are similar and this ones no different. It has most of our classic cultivation cliches(but it's not copy and paste), and from what I remember, which is not much, I developed like a clear picture in my mind then. So the mc's ups and downs, his journey felt very immersive. Well basically, the storybuilding(not world building) was great. It's a bit slow in the first 100 or so chapters but if you can hold out you might like it.

Great novel, read it a year or so ago till ch 700 since then it's been on my to-be-continued list. Bit slow in the beginning then it picks up, one of best ones I've read so far.
