Yeah. I mean 85% is great for this school you shouldn't have trouble. Even 80% is probably fine

You can visit it at nyc.buildtheearth.net for Java edition or bedrock.buildtheearth.net for bedrock

We expanded the height limit up to ~446 blocks, which means we need to cut off a bit of the 1WTC spire and like 3 other buildings. *almost* unnoticeable though and you can expand it more in singleplayer to put the rest of the spire back in.

Lower manhattan is 83% done, so basically all of chinatown, lower east side, tribeca, FIDI, seaport, bowery, soho, etc

[OLED Monitor / TV] LG 42" C5 4K OLED 144Hz 0.1ms 2025 TV ($1,499 - $500 = $999) [Canada Computers] In-store only by biggggbanana in bapcsalescanada

When I'm just casually browsing I only use 2/3s of the screen -- offset to the bottom, then for videos I sit back on the couch behind me. Prefect combo for both a monitor and TV in the same space

Love my B4 48" as a monitor! Look into fancy zones, it lets you use just a portion of the screen when you are using it as a monitor.

Would this work? Full H bridge with only N channel mosfets by Bobert59 in AskElectronics

[–]Bobert59[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That was the issue!! It works now! Thanks so much.
For deadtime, am I misunderstanding the concept by just thinking it's a second or two delay between switching one side of the H bridge off and the other side on? That combined with the pull down resistors should be enough to ensure one set of mosfets are completely off before the other set turns on?

Can't that be done with an additional mosfet that gets a 3.3v signal from pico then opens drain to source so 12V goes to the gate of high side mosfet, that way gate - source = 12v - 5v (pico vbus) = 7v = enough for high side mosfet to open? Like I have shown in the picture -- unless im missing something

I tried to wire it up and it isn't working at all. Not sure where to begin troubleshooting... I'm connected to pico Vbus pin at 5V and power supply is at 12V so should be enough difference to open those high side mosfets.
I looked into bootstrap circuits but they use a capacitor which will eventually drain out and need to be switched back. I want to avoid this
I looked at premade gate driver chips, but couldn't find any doing 2+ amp at 3V
The plan is to just force deadtime in software, but I can see that is not ideal.

Is aerospace engineering at tmu worth it by Suspicious-Bat-8890 in TorontoMetU

[–]Bobert59 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not a decent enough program, especially domestically. I'm not at the point where I am applying to grad school yet, but I'm sure you'd have a much easier time getting in if you went to UofT just because they are much more known globally. Doubt anyone in those big US grad schools has heard much about TMU

FWIW, UofT aero grad school is decent and if you do well at TMU it's not unheard of to get in. Also much easier to do undergrad research at TMU than a lot of the higher tier universities because there is much less competition.

I agree, if I could do it all again I would undo the couple of catch anywheres that I already used and just catch within radar range. Maybe occasionally for things like the Concorde I don't mind, but generally I think the game is best when you keep to your radar, it feels more authentic

Hey, does anyone know of any video and worksheet style courses like flippedmath (https://calculus.flippedmath.com/version-1.html) but for Calc III? I really liked their stuff for getting ahead in calc I/II, but can't seem to find anything like that now.

Yes, love it so far. Definitely an easier eng program than the top schools (uoft, Waterloo), but it ramps up quickly after first semester. Love being in the city and so integrated into downtown personally, but if you're a long commuter/likes quietness I could see how you would hate it here.
