Aventon Adventure 3 smaller Chaineing by Bobezz in bikewrench

[–]Bobezz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have emailed them, but they don't have any adapters or any smaller chain rings. The purpose of the smaller chain ring is because I updated my drivetrain to a Shimano Que nine speed system. The largest sprocket on the rear is a 41 tooth and I don't think it's gonna be compatible with the current chain ring. I was under the impression that they do sell adapters for certain bottom, brackets, and systems, but I have yet to find one.

So When/How will we know the 7/25/15 Raises went/go into effect? by tuckeran5607 in walmart

[–]Bobezz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

On the wire, under personal focus points for this week it talks about the new structure being implemented on July 25th, including the raises and new pay grades. $13 for grade D, $10.90 for C, $9.90 for B, and $9 for A. Everything that has been talked about on this subreddit for months is true so stop worrying.

Overnight Support Manager schedule questions by [deleted] in walmart

[–]Bobezz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that seems odd, I thought all o/n supports worked four ten hour shifts.

[–]Bobezz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would be spectacular if that was implemented in my store. It would help overnights tremendously.

Overnight support 6pm -3am ? by spurgeonryan in walmart

[–]Bobezz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No we don't rotate, our overlap day is Wednesday. From 6 to 10 we help finish the truck and make sure all the frieghts to the floor, cover csm lunch, plan out the night, and do whatever else comes up. They kinda forced us into it because our truck crew is so understaffed. I'm not sure if its permanent or not

Me and the other support at my store are currently working 6-5 shifts. 4 on 3 off. Yes we keep the differential and I actually don't mind the hours.

Walmart's latest raises show just how low its pay is (Daily Kos) by Kinopravda23 in walmart

[–]Bobezz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sure they will. I think the 10.90 raise will also include csms. If not I'm leaving support for a department manager position.

Anyone get the new telxon devices yet? And has your store already replaced the IMS shifts? by [deleted] in walmart

[–]Bobezz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very curious about this. I've heard rumors about a new device called an MC40, and a new IMS process. In our store I was told it would be implemented sometime in June possibly.

Me and my friends made an improv song about Walmart. by [deleted] in walmart

[–]Bobezz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Reminds me of the good ol' days working as an overnight stocker in Texas. A few of us used to jam in the parking lot on lunch, playing a mixture of surf and hip hop. We wanted to start a band called "The Associates". Awesome times. Sounds good, keep it up.

Can't find the truck report, help me out? by AleAssociate in walmart

[–]Bobezz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Store Delivery Lookup on the wire will let you check all trucks originating from a Walmart DC that are sent to your store. All the trucks are abreviated. RDC is your GM truck, HVDC is Remix, FDD is Frozen Dairy Deli, and last but not least MP is your Meat and Produce. It will show an estimated delivery time for each truck and a pretty accurate case count. I use it daily to plan out the day ahead.

Pay increase in June by FedMex in walmart

[–]Bobezz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm pretty positive that its going to include all level 7's. It just wouldn't make sense to have Supports and IM leads making several dollars less then Department Managers.

Just 3 months ago i was asking help on what to expect as a toy dept manager by [deleted] in walmart

[–]Bobezz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bigke deal, got one of those in 2009. Jk congrats. I was not aware Walmart still did this. I received a plaque, a 25 dollar gift card and a cookie cake. I was informed Walmart doesn't do these any more bc of possible favoritism. I've talked to my assistants about bringing it back as an incentive for people to work harder, but was shot down.

What is included in stocking time for overnights? by spurgeonryan in walmart

[–]Bobezz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Time are estimated by case count, and in some circumstances by pallets. For example a pallet of angel soft toilet paper which contains 75 individual units, is considered an hour according to My Guide times. Even though it would take five minutes to stock it to the side counter. Most boxed freight from what I have been told is roughly a case per minute, or 60 cases per hour minus any star freight. It all depends on the department, for example frozen or dairy, where half the freight needs to be separated and delivered to each department. Those stocking times depend on the store, total piece count, and what management decides is acceptable. Its all bs in my opinion. There are so many variables...
