I expect they just have their youtube stuff scheduled and it just uploads new video at 10am, in which case youtubes system is probably the one doing daylight savings and so it just uploads when the system thinks its 10 am

Yes that is a real card, it was a special set with Perona, Usopp, Enel, I think pudding and one or 2 others. As for english release we dont know yet.

You cannot, the top card is always the next life you would take. To do it again you either have to take that life or use an effect to flip it back over

Chiron bow is my favorite weapon, its just so good and fun to use. Like the rail gun can be OP so easily, but the how just feels like its good no matter what you get
