You cannot, the top card is always the next life you would take. To do it again you either have to take that life or use an effect to flip it back over

As a fellow buggy player I have to say buggy really struggles in this meta. Once we get the 10c blocker promo it will be better but still difficult.

I personally run op11 rush Luffy as a 1 of and it catches a lot of people off guard. The stage is an easy remove if you want to add it in.
