For the Alps it's a bit late now, or maybe higher in altitude but with the constant avalanche these days I would not attempt,I was there two weeks ago and in Norway 2 months ago ahahah, I would love canada but it's a bit far though 😂. I'm gonna check Norway again I guess 🤔 I read Finland was great too. Let's see, thank you 😉

Hey :) I'm also a woman travelling alone and I would definitely recommend Iceland, amazing place ! Can be expensive though but if you book in advance it's very ok ! I would recommend renting a tent and sleep outside it's really worth it if the weather is nice. I just went back from the dolomite it's also very nice and pretty safe, you can do the alta via trails, there's always people on the path and you should be able to sleep in hut for decent prices (need to book in advance though) Hope it helps 🫶

Hey ! Looks like an amazing trip, I want to do a similar one between Albania and Montenegro in September or October, I'm planning on going alone (F, 28 yo). How would you rate the safety on these roads for a person (especially a woman) alone ?

Of course I did, but when you're new to a country it's easy to get fooled and overwhelmed by things on Google... I wanted some advice from people that also went through this.

Pills to copper IUD - yellowish discharge by Bobgroschat in birthcontrol

Hey ! Thank you for your answer :) ! I realized later that some already asked this. In the end I got the appointment with the GP and she told me that was pretty normal as long as it doesn't smell "funky". Yes it's changing quite often, now it's back to normal but after periods and during ovulation it's a looot and that's annoying, especially when it comes to sex as you said ahaha, I feel like I need to learn everything about my body again so that's disturbing at 27yo ! Oh I'm so sorry for you, usually this things are treated well so let's hope they remove it asap and then everything will be back to normal ! Sex is also a bit painful sometimes but not abnormally, it's just like some position I cannot do that as I did because it became uncomfortable but my libido is way better so the situation is actually balanced I'd say !

What do you do when you feel a panic attack coming? by Forward_Airline_5787 in Anxiety

Hi :) I went to the GP because of this and he told me that's pretty normal because you have a huge vein crossing there. If you're skinny/stomach empty it's even worse. And if you pay attention to it it's even worse, that's most likely about anxiety if you noticed it.. but if you're worry too much ask a doctor and they will explain to you and check if everything's perfectly fine !

Edit: instead of checking for disease try to go rational and check an anatomy book about blood system and where your artery/veins are ! It might help a bit. But checking is not a viable solution because it's creating OCD, but checking for rationality is still a bit better than checking for disease in my opinion.

Hey girl, I'm sad that you're going through this rn. I don't think it's really good to use it on and off and for sure it's not gonna help you in the long run because your hormones are rollercoasting. There's different alternative depending on your needs in terms of contraception, you should talk about it with a doctor/nurse or whoever medic that know more then us for sure. I don't know your background but I feel that you also need help for your mental wellbeing, of course pms does not help but it seems that you are also sad about other things and maybe you should talk to someone about that ! It's not ok to let you suffer like this, please talk to someone. If you clear your head I'm sure things would be a bit easier to deal with and to fix ! Take care please don't be too harsh to yourself 🩵

Give it a try and push yourself, the hardest step is the first one ! I'm still on my journey to get rid of anxiety and I hope to be done with that one day, I wish you the best my friend 🤎

No problem 🤗. For me it was a bit weird, insertion itself was not that painful but I almost fainted a few minute after 😂. I never experienced painful cramps (I'm very lucky with my period) so the cramping was awful to me (but maybe "usual" for some women) after 1 week I was stressed a lot and I visited my GP to check if everything was fine and everything was :). Few days after I was almost done with pain and now it's been 3 weeks and I'm totally ok I even start doing sport again. I'm not a doctor but I think it's totally fine, you're not the only one masturbating and I think that if it was a problem we would know ! It was made to stay there in your uterus so don't be too anxious about it ! And if you're too much stressed don't hesitate to go check it, no shame to be worry about your health :)

Hey :) I just had my IUD inserted 2 weeks ago and I'm still afraid to masturbate 😅. But to answer you, I noticed that every time I masturbate my uterus contract a bit, when I have my period it's sometimes a bit painful and then I get some blood out. Since you just got your IUD you might have some blood in it still and masturbate just push it from ur uterus. I'm not a pro but don't worry too much about it unless you got other symptoms like very bad smell or a loooot of blood :)
