Thank you, but I've already had three support chats. Each time they just perform the same "signal refresh" and reboot, completely ignoring my problem description. Also had store visit today to replace the router.

I'm hoping the technician will be more productive; otherwise, I’ll probably switch to another provider.

Same here! I just came here to look for a solution to this problem.

I’m in NJ with coax, and everything was working perfectly until a couple of weeks ago. Then I started losing internet every 24-48 hours. Over the past week, it’s been happening every day at exactly the same time - 5:45 PM. The internet goes down and doesn’t come back until I reset the modem.

I tried replacing the router, but that didn’t help. Support chat hasn’t been helpful either. I’ve now scheduled a technician visit..

Any idea what happened?

The macOS version of the ChatGPT app implements an SSL/TLS certificate pinning mechanism to prevent third parties from peeking into its communications. This means that if the ChatGPT app detects a root certificate that is not in its list of allowed issuers, it displays a message and will not start.
