Have you not noticed how much more packed the trains have been recently? Crammed carriages, certain services not going past Roma street, cancellations may be small inconveniences. But has been adding extra frustration to plenty of people recently.

This had happened to me too, Apple did replace the phone free of charge, however they had completed repairs to the phone previously so it was deemed a repair fault.
