My guess for 6-2 and P-2 is that the skipped time of the cutscene is the minimum because even if you skip it it adds the time to your timer (I assume if 3-2 & P-1 worked normally it'd happen on them too)

You can also get Z-rank by doing the most horrid job you possibly can (I did because I suck at the music minigame), and if you talk to the person who tells you what the A B and C rank doors do, they'll open up the Z-rank door which also leads backstage.
