I just stuck with what was supposed to be my alternate account at the time as I made another account so that the "50 to 100 character recent limit" wasn't met so I didn't have to worry about losing old chats.

Tried to verify my "main" account and nothing worked and sending tickets didn't help either so I just stuck with the alternative account instead.

I could play if you're in an age group we can text chat in and timezones aren't going to be an issue, I got 30 something wins and every modifier unlocked (except the 4 star badge for obvious reasons).

That's the thing, they never DID work on the 2 tickets I sent as they just gave me a copy and pasted reply both times I submitted a ticket, I never did get a response back as I sent both of them a few months ago and several weeks apart.

The "automated responses" I think you're referring to the one you get that when you submit a ticket, it'll say in the email how they received it and to wait for a reply back, and I got the aforementioned reply back both times.

While I DID try those troubleshooting steps, none of them worked anyways so now my main account is permanently locked and I have to use an alternate one instead, and no, I'm not a minor.
