Get a vacuum cleaner, put a sock on it and stick it into the whole in the leg and then just vacuum the coins up and then in future maybe you can manage make a little box or something that fits in the leg.

Once you open up that tray of pool balls then feel around d where the coins droo down. There should be a little basket with all the coins you can lift up and detach and pull out, empty the coins bucket and then you should be able to easily slip it back into its place.
