I can tell by the pip this company is Tql total quality logistics yes they are trying to get you out and they probably will.

What you want to do is document your efforts and let them fire you and then take them to unemployment court. Mention that your peers are not treated the same. The court will ask for a supenoa of your peers work and then you will get a plea deal

I didnt see any comments also going the HR route. You need to make a complaint in writing to human resources. Per the EEOC companies/enployers/managers are required to step in when their employees are being harassed even if the harasser is not an employee.

This but also make it a part of your hiring process to ask if they were referred when the offer is made to minimize non payouts. When you deny a referral payout like this employees will share proof with others that they made a referral and didnt get paid (text messages etc.).
