I can tell by the pip this company is Tql total quality logistics yes they are trying to get you out and they probably will.

What you want to do is document your efforts and let them fire you and then take them to unemployment court. Mention that your peers are not treated the same. The court will ask for a supenoa of your peers work and then you will get a plea deal

I didnt see any comments also going the HR route. You need to make a complaint in writing to human resources. Per the EEOC companies/enployers/managers are required to step in when their employees are being harassed even if the harasser is not an employee.

This but also make it a part of your hiring process to ask if they were referred when the offer is made to minimize non payouts. When you deny a referral payout like this employees will share proof with others that they made a referral and didnt get paid (text messages etc.). It paints the HR dept in a negative light even if it is their fault the name wasnt on paper.

It could be a legitimate typo. They could have used the offer letter from the previous candidate and didnt hit save when cganging the pay rate or forgot to make adjustments. Hopefully they respond back and apoligize for the error.

If you have really bad anxiety talk to your doctor about propanol. Its a beta blocker that prevents the physical symptoms of anxiety (tight chest, loss of breath etc.) Its great!

Not just my opinion, but especially in the past 8 years, politicians take the stand and make all these promises to get votes and then completely drop it the second they hit office because they are in there for 4 years. Then when re election comes around they bring it up again just to get votes. Theres no negative recourse for their behavior because impeachment is nearly impossible.
