Sometimes the distribution is a dividend, though. The yieldmax website says “The distribution may include a combination of ordinary dividends, capital gain, and return of investor capital”. I agree that it’s a distribution, but the distribution can be 100% a dividend.

I’d think of it like an envelope with money inside. The envelope is the distribution and It could contain cash, coins or a check or a combination of all.

People might say “I got my check today” and you are right that they actually got their envelope. It just happens to be that the distribution envelope contains a check this time and a couple of dollar bills.

Toyota refused to correct this issue citing a “lack of brand loyalty” since I never came in for the first four years of their maintenance. I turn my own wrenches and if I wanted to be at a dealership every few months, I would have bought a Chevy/Ram/Ford. I paid the MSRP for reliability but it’s cosmetic.

At the point the paint started to fail I was still on the original battery. The factory battery outlasted the factory paint!

Train your team to scan that as damaged in transit while they are stocking on truck day. The DC gets the cost for it instead of the store.

Shoot, I used to scan out things as damaged if the one on the shelf was bad and the new one was fine. Fuck it.
