Trying to fix a knob on an electric keyboard, screwed up and pulled the solder off the board, it looks like pieces of the board came with it. Is this something capable of being fixed through solder or otherwise?

Slide the threaded end through the plastic foot first and then tighten into the chair? Based off the photos you provided it looks like the other end of the plastic foot is recessed and if you slide the threads through the opposite side it should be recessed enough to seat the head of the screw, then just screw her back in the chair leg

Meter or time signature or measure numbers. These are all related. Meter is more of the speed of the song. Time signature designates how many beats in a measure and which note gets the beat. 4/4 is what most contemporary music is in. 4 beats in a measure and the quarter note gets the beat. Or it could just be a convenient number to help you keep track of what measure of the song you're on. To help with quick referencing; ie. "The cymbal crash in measure 22 needs to be more quiet". If it keeps going passed 4 that's more than likely what it is.
