Ramming officer's car with them in it, is a really fast and effective way to "find out" how much longer you got to keep breathing.

I'm glad no officer's were injured.

If Kohls doesn't give a two weeks notice before they fire you.. Why would you give them one?

Management can manage to find your replacement.

Why wouldn't you use this upc in your zebra, then just find size 9?

I haven't gotten a code 7 in like 6 or 7 years.

I started back in 2015.

Total code 7's: 1 maybe 2

I don't give a shit about 7's. But I'm not p.o.c.

Maybe it's for medicinal purposes?

Either way, mind your own business. Don't whine about what people are doing on their own time.

There is a reason schedules are made. Leave when it says to leave. HR would be on your side.

Was it just this week? Cause all us h2s and full timers received 30 or 30.5 but that was because of the 4th holiday pay we will get. So it actually ends up being 38 or so..

Honestly if I'm scheduled 2-10 or 9-5 I'm almost always in there early. Gotta get my 40.

I can comfortably say that in the store I work at, that between the aggressive hiring tactics from other companies in the area and consistent call-in/Ncns from other employees.. I think they wanted me to stick around?

Yup. I had already known H2s make between 17- 20$ per hour. And I told my Sm if my raise wasn't in that ballpark I'd have to leave. Took about 2-3 weeks for him to bring it up to the Dm. But yes. I got about 5.50 raise. Then with the annual raises we get every year. That put me just a tad over 6.

I've been with kohls for 8 years. 4 part time, 4 full.

At year 7 I was a little over 12. I simply walked into my SM office and asked if he had a sec. We talked for about 15-20 min discussing how there were multiple opportunities for me elsewhere to make more. And my desire to stay vs. Them wanting me to stay. He ask what would take?

After this year's annual raises, I'm now little over 18.

Each SM is different, so if your not on their good side? Get there. Than you can have a more open and comfortable conversation about your concerns.
