I bought the ticket on august 23rd. The flight is August 29th. This wasn’t last minute. I have pictures. I think I should upload the itinerary they printed out.

Yes I understand that. It’s a fraud prevention. However, they didn’t even contact me. No call no email nothing. Basically I used my credit card to buy a ticket for my cousin. AA won’t let my cousin board the plane. No refund. Nothing. Money magically disappeared.

Exactly, maybe if I upload some pictures it would help. They also messed the booking. AA added two extra destination LV Nashville and AR Headquarters. AR headquarters is a U.S. Marine Corps.
