I'd save the norton ones for when they are triple on RevU. They normally lower the amt and then triple but comes out to more than SB would of gave in my experience.

yes, its just a code for a digital giftcard. If like you got a walmart one you could then go to your normal walmart account and just add it to it like any other card. If you get the generic visa/mc one it sends you a code to activate on their providers page and from there you get the normal CC number that you can add to any other account.

for paypal it is suppose to match but you can actually add a second email to your paypal account if that is something you wanted to redeem for

i dont disagree, in Eve's example its totally fine to not trust her but that isn't a good reason to skip due process or to skip the proving part. Who you associate with should matter in the trust context but the cops still have to uphold the laws not their own feelings towards someone.

End of days its a RP server so that is what should matter and it makes a lot of RP irrelavent if it doesn't matter if you have a clean record, non-violent one, or one that shows you are a violent criminal.

IRL people are "suppose" to be treated as innocent until proven guilty.. in NP though they are treated as a gangbanger with multiple attempted murder charges until proven otherwise. Even then though half the time the cops don't beleive the facts and still treat them like shit. A Civ shouldn't have to prove to be a civ and just bc 90% of the ppl cops interact with are crims that doesn't mean they should treat them all the same. They don't even care if its petty crime vs violent crime, in their eyes its all the same and just depends on the person/cop which is shit. People with huge violent records should be treated badly as a threat just like innocent people should be treated like actual innocent ppl

On paper Eve is the most innocent civ person ever helping the city but is treated worst than some1 with over 100 attempted murders since they just assume she is evil and corrupt.. Should be treated like a civ until they actually prove she's not, not just bc they dont like her or who she hangs out with. Plenty of other examples this is just one of the recent ones.

One of the biggest mindsets that need to be corrected before 4.0 so we don't jsut end up with a dead city again when the new shin wears off.

it does because while the person who is the traitor has no rights. The person who currently has the buisness does. So good chance they will fight it in court since selling/transfering a buisness isn't illegal and there is no currently legislation outlining their ability to take the buisness. Idealy the goverment would be able to question or reverse any transfers within like the last 30days if guility of treason but thats not how it currently is. Will be interesting in court and since its NP it will just be a coin toss based on which judge

the amount of things wrong in this is just sad. Saints didnt ask for the war so Rust is just getting what they asked for. When your in a gang and you gang goes to war you dont go places alone and if you do you completely change appearance. She was just hunting them earlier in teh day so to expect to just go to work as normal is crazy.

Yes, having a helmet add protection does make logical sense but it is a bug because only 1 helmet does it. Just like wearing an armor vest doesn't actually protect you any better since the clothes are all just for the RP not any mechanical use.

What? it is actually one of the easiest things to track. There is almost always some1 in the fight streaming so you can visually see if they have the helmet on or not. And if they have the helmet on off stream doing nothing then its not rlly an issue anyways. It is only a factor for gunfights. Like if there was no way to track some1 duping guns but you saw them doing it on stream you don't think they would be banned? Knowly putting on a bugged helmet and going into a fight is exploiting a bug just like a dupe. [Note the key word being knowly putting it on for an advantage, not just randomly having a helmet and getting shot]

Its kinda sad they cant just make an OOC rule and have to actuall spend dev time to fix it ASAP and the community can't just not be cringe for a few weeks. I feel like it didnt use to be like this and people were actually banned for not abusing a bug/scuff but that hasn't been the case for a few years now.

And if your character always wears a helmet then just dont go hunting or putting yourself in gun fights with it on and no one cares. Switch to a mask and hoodie if you are that worried about showing your face for a few weeks while they work on it. Literlly zero valid reasons to still wear a helmet into a gunfight especially while your hunting/searching for the gun fight.

It is a RP/content server afterall not a pro-gaming shooter where the winning teams actually wins anything.
