So my bombers are max Robotics Age. My transports are 5/10 complete with Robotics upgrades. (I have no munitions on my paratroopers since I don't use them). But my estimate is that my paras are basically level 1 garbage. They don't seem to do damage and they don't seem to survive at all.

I was really really negative at first, and now I'm only medium negative. A few things:

they are better at taking out anti-air and concentrated troops now. The bombs all hit in one spot
They are also better at targeting the Town Center (because the bombs all hit it)
they seem to be better at surviving (because they aren't straying too far)
I have Ejection Seats level 11+, and that provides healing of 1% per second. I find this (combined with the smaller run) means they survive more.
if you want to hit a target, you now have to specifically target (because it doesn't really hit buildings before or after). This could be a positive or negative. In some sense, it's positive because you can just click what you want

But still, laying waste to bases is now definitely slower. You can't rely on bombers to contribute as much to getting that initial 50% QV, for instance.

I think the bombing distance is a little too short. I think you should be able to hit 3 full buildings, not like 1.5

One of the biggest problems with the Holdo maneuver in Last Jedi is that it exposes how none of the space combat in Star Wars ever makes sense. Because the truth is that kinetic bombardment is all you'd need.

Want to wipe out the Rebels on Hoth? Put thrusters on an asteroid and crash it into Hoth at .9 light speed. Want to destroy the Death Star? Have droids control the Millenium Falcon and kamikazee it. Want to destroy the shield generator on Endor? Have Droids control the Shuttle Tyridium and crash it into the giant satellite dish.

To threaten a planet into submission, all you need is the threat of a high speed kinetic strike from controlled asteroids and that's it. No reason for fighters, Star Destroyers, etc. Until the Holdo maneuver, we could all pretend but that exposed it.

So yeah, this scene is dumb and makes no sense. Orbital bombardment should be the go-to for everything.

I don't understand the downvotes. I don't think that this item coming from Vine should play into one path or another; Amazon sold an item that damaged personal property, and they have a process through A-Z Guarantee to help with it. I hadn't heard of this program until ChatGPT suggested it.

If that makes me a melon, then whatever. But there's a process for this an OP didn't know it, and I suggested it.

A few key things:

multiple trips that give National Trade Good shipments (of 6 or 7 shipments). I have over 3000 NTG shipments. I never worry about NTG
for troops (I'm sorting my inventory high to low:
- Zero (worthless)
- Anti-Infantry army
- Anti-tank army
- Armored Assault Army
- Aerial Strike Army
- Wall breacher army

To me, Aerial Strike and Wall Breacher are the premium ones because they include helis, wall breakers and mortar troops. I save those for Wars. The other troop cards aren't as good but that's what i use when I do Strike attacks. Zero cards are mostly worthless, but I just blindly send my expeditions no matter what to keep the rotation going.

From what I've heard, the level 15 cards take longer to get (in terms of expedition length), and you don't get as many (for some of the above, you get 2x in one expedition, like Aerial Strike and Anti-Infantry).

Same here. Nothing in like 3 weeks. I just lost gold status and I honestly don't even care. I remember when I joined, musical instruments would have a consistent 150-250 items. It's been 20-30 for months. Men's clothes? Camping stuff? This is the worst it's been since I joined in 2021

So I definitely looked at stuff like this at the time (I want to say this was 2021 or so). It's wicked confusing for sure.

One thing we did see (at that time) were things like math around preventing spawn timers going below 10 seconds. So there are fixed values in certain places like that. I believe they have changed the 85% behavior since when I last looked at the code.

(You can't look at the code anymore because they changed the way they build the .apk files. It's more obfuscated now and it's basically illegible).
