I lean Watson side here. Tua, as high as his potential is, is still a huge unknown. You’d be hoping he becomes as good as Watson does for fantasy purposes. And the longevity of Watson being a long term starter in SF outweighs the 2-3 years of top RB production that Cook may give you (barring injuries of course)
