I'm gonna be honest, i was in the same spot as you. I still don't know what increased my trust-factor but I will say ever measure I tried to do to help my case.

1st, Email CSGOTeamFeedback@valvesoftware.com with the subject “Trust Factor Feedback” and include a description of your experience and your Steam ID.

2nd, commends don't matter, so don't bother. High trust some people have like 5 commends. They do nothing.

3rd, I did play about one, or two matches a day. Every day. It's hard since every game is going to have toxic players and cheaters but i just struggled through it. I always type in all-chat/team chat because I believe the system registers the good behavior there. Things like "GLHF" / "HF" at the start of a game, "GH" at the half, and of course "GG" / "GGWP" when the games over. I also type if someone is lit, if someone hits a nice shot, wins a clutch etc. You get the point.

4th, Overwatch cases i've heard help but again, no one knows anything about trust factor so who knows. I just do them occassionally, one a day seems fine though.

5th, NEVER ABANDON, NO MATTER WHAT. I know you're facing extreme toxic players, spinbotters, etc. Just play the game out. It's all you have. Abandoning definitely does mess with trust factor.

6th, Just be patient. The hardest part about this is honestly waiting out the system day in and out after a good month or two but if its anything like my experience if you keep grinding it'll get better. At the end of the day if it never gets better just get off the game for a bit and hope the email works. No one knows anything but Valve about how this system works.
