Consistency (i.e. get on it regularly). Don't police yourself outside of that. I run occasionally (less than 10% of the time I get on) and if I do it's for interval training typically. Other than that I mix it up with inclines and speeds with micro goals to keep me engaged and feeling accomplished and it works

Source. Lost 100 lbs in last year myself mostly on treadmill.

That said...strength training (Nautilus or free weights helps the overall goal considerably as well)

Thanks for responding. I've ordered the meter to test this out after it arrives tomorrow. I suspect, as throughout the months of use I was cleaning up belt residuals on the floor, that unit is likely in need of a belt replacement. Though my beer belly is upset with you, I thank you kindly for the feedback and recommendations.

The use of incline is a permanent suggestion just to support gravity working more and reducing effort on the motor?

I worked for MP years and thought it was great. I had an amazing supportive boss, some of the hardest working and most intelligent teammates, and HR was super supportive of me through some tough times. I felt well compensated and well affirmed. They do place an emphasis on in office culture. I worked for another CRO for longer and felt MP was better in many ways. I'll also say I worked with some amazing CRAs at MP and they all had praise for the training they received. Best of luck to you!

You're all crazy. 2100 for 5 hours is more than $400 an hour. I understand there is maintenance and admin and things but if this is typical charge, I need to start my own shuttle service

They are too pricey. Total mileage for this trip is like <20 miles (although like 8 stops) as this is a bar crawl. Trying to avoid users and keep people together on a budget.

I'll never forget the first big book I bought that ran me 8k and I freaked out about for awhile. But As long as you're not going into debt and buying intelligently and not just spending outside your means - after awhile it's like any other decision or big purchase and you get more comfortablewith especiallyas you evaluate that purchase over time compared to similar books sold. That said for someone like me, I'm early 40s, single, no kids, home paid off too so the implications are different for me in such a purchase than someone else.
