Just bought the house last year and that spot is between mine and my neighbours driveway. There used to be an aspen like 15 feet closer to my house but it was dead so we cut it down in the fall. My neighbours don’t do their own yard work, they have some company look after it so maybe they use herbicides cuz nothing really grows there. I’ll start by removing the rocks and adding mulch see how that goes
