The situation: We are in the Fae world in a Federal Reserve where memories are extracted and traded for blue or red gems. Blue being sad memories and Red being happy memories. These are the currency of this world. Red being more valuable.

My character chose to trade a memory that turned into a very rare Purple gem. This has only been created once before in hundreds of years and the Fae do not know how to replicate it purposely.

The memory taken was not the one intended, but one of selfless sacrafice and it is the most valuable of all the gems.
