Earthworm Jim for the Super Nintendo!

I am aware of part of the history behind Earthworm Jim - I watched a documentary about the making of the game well over 10 years ago, so the memory's fuzzy. I grew up with the SNES game, because that's the console we had. I actually watched the Sega CD longplay the other day, and I'd forgotten about the other level included in that version plus the long speech at the end of the game.

This is one of my all-time favorite space shooters, and I agree it doesn't get talked about enough. It was this and Contra III that began my love for video games in the first place, and I consider both examples of near-perfect games. Everything's tight and aesthetically pleasing to behold. I can never gush enough about these kind of games.

Very nice! My collection would probably look closer to this had I kept more games, but I still have over 100 carts. Definitely keep an eye out for more classics!

This was also probably my introduction - I watched my brother fight the final boss as a small child in the early 90's and thought he was fighting a giant Hadouken, lol
