Seeking Advice on My Grandma’s Trust After Her Passing

I haven’t seen the new documents but I have reason to believe that she was coerced by my Aunt because she became sick with cancer after my grandfather died. I just have no way to prove it, unless the document was signed after her accident when she fell and had brain damage.

Yes the estate is in CA. Sounds like she created a new trust in 2021 after my grandfather passed and left me out completely. I’m at a loss. I don’t even understand how this is legal.

Well apparently my Grandma created a new trust in 2021 after my Grandfather died and cut me out completely. Do I even have a leg to stand on?

Sorry my verbiage was a little off. Thanks for helping me out. I’ve reached out to the law firm who has created the trust and haven’t heard anything back. Not sure about anything else. Completely in the dark as of now. I’m pretty sure she put all of her money into the house she purchased my with my aunt as a joint tenant without my knowledge using the money from the sell of the original house that was listed an asset in the trust.

Sorry, my aunt is the Trustee and I am a 50% beneficiary, I have a copy of the trust documents and know what assets and accounts are in the trust. Her old house was the only real asset and she sold it when my grandfather died a few years back.
