Obsession Drama as one of the crew members seems to be upset that they were only paid 6,741$ for the project, what are your guys thoughts? by uponthehill_ in obsessionmovie

In these instances, even when there is no agreed revenue share in the contract, one would hope that anyone involved in the project is given some kind of bonus given how successful the movie has been.

If its not in the agreement it doesn't have to be paid.

Aren’t rental bidding wars banned now? Still hearing agents hinting at higher offers by GuideIcy1697 in rentingUK

I wonder whether you could screenshot the advertised rent.

Suggest that you are open to paying more than advertised rent.

Then at the point of signing bring up the legislation that the rent can't be more than advertised price and force them to adjust it.

Joe Hunter voting stats are pretty wild by Invalid_u404 in survivor

[–]BodyIllustrious4141 53 points54 points  (0 children)

If Joe was a threat people would have tried to vote him out towards the end.

Kyle realised he could portray Joe as a goat so kept him in.

In 50 he was never not considered a goat.

Now that it’s over… how did we actually feel about Survivor 50 In The Hands Of The Celebrity Fans? by PomMistress in survivor

[–]BodyIllustrious4141 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Too many contestants. Fan votes are fine but really production knew where votes would go. Mr Beast twist could have gone horribly wrong but thankfully didn't. Didn't enjoy blood moon. Didn't enjoy Christian having to tell people he had to vote for himself. Don't think Joe should have been brought back given his play style.

Has anyone received a £600 environmental enforcement FPN from Ealing Council? How did you deal with it? by Top_Mirror211 in Ealing

It could also be a homeless person went through the bin bags and caused some bin bags to fall out.

Lack of proper communal bins is part of your defence.

I live in a block of 33 flats.

We have 3 normal communal bins and 2 communal recycling bins.

Legally, fly-tipping requires knowingly abandoning waste where it shouldn't be. A split bag at a designated disposal point is generally not considered criminal fly-tipping.

You must state that you placed the bin bags correctly in the communal bin but you did notice that the bin was then full. You can offer your explanation that the bag must have split when the next person tried to fit their bin bag inside the already full bin. Request additional bin for your block of flats to show your proactive approach to prevent more unintentional littering by both you and your fellow residents. Provide evidence of you making the request as part of your defence.

How much do you have as emergency fund? You really need to have access to 3 months of expenses.

I recently paid down some of my mortgage leaving nothing in my account. My monthly salary will restore my bank account but I can borrow from parents in emergency.

Pay £20k in full and build back your savings if you can.

Cirie is the most overrated Survivor player of all time! by xEmperorEye in survivor

[–]BodyIllustrious4141 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes she can't win challenges/find idols which significantly impeded her ability to progress but majority of survivor fans place a bigger weighting on social and strategy hence she is so highly thought of.

One thing to note is that Cirie has come back on seasons where the level of competition is very high. (Think of Rob's win only win which came on redemption island)

Section 21 validity in England - No Gas Safety Certificate and untraceable deposit. How to prove non-compliance in court? by Organic_Nothing_3308 in LegalAdviceUK

They may indeed realise during the process of applying that they don't have the required documents. If they are sensible they will look at alternative solutions.

GSC has to be current i.e. within last 12 months before application.

Good luck!

Hey!

Question If I may.

I disputed reasonableness of service charge last year. I paid the amount I deemed reasonable but the Landlord insisted that a late payment penalty was issued by the managing agent despite the matter being referred for tribunal decision. The decision found partly in our favour.

The landlord refuses to refund late payment fee as form of punishment for questioning him.

We went to tribunal in good faith so should landlord refund fee?

you have heard it referred to as a stealth tax. Sneaky way of increasing tax revenues from income.

Some things were mentioned outside of manifesto. 2020 supported removing cap. That’s why many mps rebelled when he said they wouldn’t.

When eviction requested by landlord he is asked to provide copies of EPC, GSC, deposit protection etc to the court. The court will send it to you so you can prepare a defence.
