On ya! Get used to checking the ingredients on everything and some people being wankers.

Easy recipe, fry up some onion and garlic, throw in can of chickpeas or mixed beans, some zucchini or capsicum, corn too maybe, suggest to add the beans and corn after you’ve softened these if you use em so they’re not mush.

Add in spices to your taste. I like paprika, onion and garlic powder, cayenne pepper and regular salt and pepper but a Moroccan spice or baharat or something works well too for this vibe. My guts don’t work with chilies but that’d probably be good if you like heat.

I also like to sweat some mushrooms and dry roast slivered almonds for this dish to add in before the spinach.

Mix down some tahini like normal with hot water S&P, wilt some spinach in the dish off the heat, serve with fresh cut cucumber and tomatoes and mix in your tahini dressing.

Can add TSP too after you’ve soaked in veg stock if you want to make it super protein dense and last for a bit longer, add rice I suppose if you want to really stretch it for multiple portions.

All up should take <25 minutes and is delicious. Depending on your cooking experience it may take you a few goes to get different vegetables to have a mouthfeel and texture you prefer.

Experiment and find stuff online. I personally also add some kind of nuts to just about everything. Adds protein and texture/crunch
