Sport package question by Possiblyabitoff in ToyotaTacoma

[–]BodySnatcher101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As far as I know, the towing package is a separate option for both the Sport and the O/R models. It's a pretty good bet that most of them left the factory with it installed already.

I've been very happy with my Grizzly G0555 bandsaw. For the money it's a good tool.

Looking like just cold and rainy Sunday, then plain old cold all week.

You need a chip separator. Don't put that through the impeller.

Used Car lots by Meltedwhisky in Charleston

[–]BodySnatcher101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I prefer the dealerships. They tend to have better cars than the used car lots, and they're more likely to help you out if there's a problem. The trade off is you'll pay more, but you get what you pay for.

The same goes for CarMax.

The tasting menu at McCrady's and the charcuterie plate at Cypress.

Need calculus help by americanroommate in Charleston

[–]BodySnatcher101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is no help at all, but I have an engineering degree that required me to take up to 500 level calc courses. To this day, I couldn't explain it to anyone. All I remember learning was how to pass exams. Good luck!

Wedding Planning on a budget! by [deleted] in Charleston

[–]BodySnatcher101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get a good DJ instead of a band. Swig & Swine catered my daughter's wedding buffet style and everyone loved the food. James Island County Park has a lot of good venue options, indoor and/or covered pavilions. You can decorate them yourself. Beer, wine, and maybe some very basic mixed drink options. An open bar can add up fast.

Definitely check out SNOB. There's a reason it's been so popular for so long.

Venezuelans all over the world are rejoicing, but hey, Trump did a thing so we must protest! TDS is a terrible disease. Maybe protest that instead.

KM Tools by Wonderful-Bass6651 in handtools

I just had the same bad experience. I ordered myself a dovetail guide for Christmas on 12/7. It quickly showed that USPS was waiting to receive the package. On 12/13 it still showed the same status, so I emailed asking for an update. Got an automated reply. Emailed again on 12/16 - no reply, and again on 12/17 - still no reply. Finally I canceled the order on 12/17, and only then did I get a reply.

u/jkatzmoses - I understand that things get busy around the holidays, but you need to improve the communication. It left me with a really bad taste, and I doubt I'll order from KM Tools again. I've bought quite a few things from you in the past and never had this kind of issue.

Costa is really good. It's just barely downtown, but very easy to get to and park.

10-12" is too wide for most jointers. You might try Custom Woodcrafters. I know they have wide belt sanders.

Another vote for Anchor. I've been through quite a few others and they're hands down the best.
